Christine Malios

Christine is a mature provisional psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards self-awareness and enhanced well-being. With a strong ability to connect with clients she values establishing respectful and collaborative relationships which are essential for working towards wellness goals.

Christine offers neurodiversity-affirming care by embracing an individual's uniqueness and employing a strengths-based approach.  Christine can also help support parents, including navigating school refusal with their child or young person.

Christine practices from a humanistic, person-centred perspective, which are also informed by learnings of Buddhist approaches to psychology.  Her therapeutic approach integrates CBT, ACT, mindfulness and positive psychology with interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches, attuning interventions to the unique needs of her clients.   She is passionate about helping people feel fully connected to themselves and their wellness journey.
