Dr Ratnayake is a consultant Psychiatrist with expertise in intellectual disability, young adults, and those with eating disorders. Her experience is enriched by a career spanning Sri Lanka, the United Kingdom, Bermuda, and Australia. She has over 45 years of experience in Psychiatry.

Dr Ratnayake feels privileged to serve individuals from all walks of life. Since January 2008 she has worked as a Senior Staff Specialist at the Canberra Health Service in many settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, with a wide variety of patients with psychiatric disorders.
