Dr Thoppil has been a GP in Australia for over 12 years and enjoys all aspects of general practice medicine.
Dr Thoppil is Indian by birth but grew up in the UK and graduated from medical school in Newcastle upon Tyne. He has worked in different fields of medicine including surgery, psychiatry, emergency medicine and gynaecology. He enjoys mental health care and was part of the Beleura Private Hospital Mental Health Unit Team. He believes medicine is always changing and evolving, a science to learn and an art to practice. Dr Thoppil believes that general medicine is something that is intellectually rewarding.
