Kristi Mazalin
Kristi is a nationally registered General Psychologist, and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has worked in both hospital and private practice settings in Tasmania, Australia. Kristi uses a person-centered and trauma informed approach to therapy to provide a non-judgemental space for clients to feel heard and validated. She provides a neurodiversity affirming approach to safely allow clients to explore their authentic identity.
Kristi uses a combination of evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), attachment theory, mindfulness, and compassion focused therapies (CFT), tailored to suit client’s individual needs and goals.
