Paris is a nationally registered General Psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has worked in a variety of settings, most recently in private practice for Transcranial Magnetic Neurostimulation (TMS). She favors a person-centered approach with evidence-based theory applied in her practice, tailoring therapy to each individual's circumstances and goals.
Paris provides a safe and secure space, enabling clients to work through life-changing events in a supportive and collaborative manner. Therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Interpersonal Therapy.
