Alex is a Provisional Psychologist with a background in counselling and community mental health. He works with people of all ages, using a client-centred therapeutic approach that focuses on strengths and skill development, allowing space for clients to explore and overcome their difficulties.
Alex uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques, to work with clients in relation to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, anger and stress.
